Graham Sutherland

Graham Sutherland has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Graham began their career as a Procurement Analyst at Barclays in 2006 and later worked as a Data Administrator at ACN Telecommunications. Sutherland then joined Apple as an Order Management Specialist, handling post-sales order management and supply logistics for the B2B channel. Graham also worked as a Data Analyst and Project Manager at Barclays.

In 2009, Sutherland joined Brewin Dolphin, where they held various roles including Strategic Business Analyst, Strategic Change Manager, and Head of Business Management & Implementation. During their time at Brewin Dolphin, they managed M&A programs, led strategic projects, and drove operational efficiencies.

In 2019, Sutherland became the Director at Finward Consulting, where they worked until 2021. Currently, they are the Head of Front Office Delivery at Rathbone Brothers Plc.

Throughout their career, Sutherland has gained expertise in change management, strategic analysis, project management, and business development. Graham has a strong track record in leading teams and implementing transformative initiatives.

Graham Sutherland obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Cranfield School of Management from 2018 to 2020, specializing in Business. Prior to that, they pursued a B.A. Hon's degree in Business Administration and International Business from The Manchester Metropolitan University, which they completed from 2003 to 2006. Before entering university, Graham studied Aerospace, Aeronautical, and Astronautical Engineering at Macclesfield College from 2001 to 2003.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Graham Sutherland holds multiple certifications. Graham is a Chartered Manager and Fellow, awarded by the Chartered Management Institute in June 2021. Graham is also a Chartered Fellow of The Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (The CISI), earning this distinction in May 2021. Furthermore, Graham obtained a Programme for Japanese Industry and Management Certificate from Kobe University in June 2019. Graham holds a PRINCE2 Practitioner certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice, acquired in March 2018. Additionally, Graham obtained a Diploma in Investment Compliance from The Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (The CISI) in June 2011, and an Investment Operations Certificate from the same institution in November 2010. Finally, Graham Sutherland holds a PRINCE2 Foundation certification from APM Group, acquired in June 2009.
