Tania Gingell

Tania Gingell currently serves as the Deputy Head of Rathbones Financial Planning Transformation at Rathbones Group Plc, with a focus on integrating Saunderson House into Rathbones from September 2024 to March 2025. Previously, Tania spent over 15 years at Saunderson House, where notable roles included Associate Director, managing a team of financial advisers and servicing over 500 clients, and leading the development of a new Portfolio Management Solution in 2019. Tania began as a graduate Trainee Financial Planner at Saunderson House and achieved Chartered Financial Planner status in 2013. Tania holds a BA Hons in Mathematics from the University of Oxford and has been engaged with The Chartered Insurance Institute from 2007 to 2013.
