Snezhana Yaneva

Snezhana Yaneva is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in customer experience, pricing strategy, and project management. Currently, Snezhana works at Yettel.Bulgaria as a Customer Experience Expert, Pricing Strategy Manager, and Agile Project Manager focused on Customer Lifecycle Management since April 2020. Snezhana also holds the role of Project and Partnership Manager at Ratio.bg, starting in February 2018. Prior experience includes positions as a Pricing Analyst and Product Marketing Specialist in Consumer Marketing at Telenor from July 2017 to April 2020. Snezhana holds a Master’s degree in Finance and Financial Management Services from the University of National and World Economy (2015-2016) and a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the same institution (2011-2014).
