Halle Kill has worked in various roles since 2014. Halle began their career as the Owner of Halle Judea. In 2017, they took on the role of Project Management at Outlaw Creative. In 2019, they became the Social Media Manager at Ratio Coffee Machines. Most recently, in 2020, they became the Vice President of Community Relations at Delta Delta Delta Sorority. In this role, they led a team of 20 chairs and directors overseeing a $200k yearly budget, and was responsible for all internal and external communications, philanthropic efforts, marketing campaigns, and diversity initiatives. Additionally, they oversaw the philanthropy team as they planned and implemented all fundraising efforts for St. Jude Children's Hospital and served as the liaison to Baylor and the Panhellenic Council. Halle also managed all social event programming and served as chair of the diversity and inclusion board. Prior to this role, they were the Chapter Correspondent, overseeing all internal chapter communications.
Halle Kill attended Reed College from 2017 to 2018, where they completed the Young Scholar's Program in Economics. Halle then attended Baylor University from 2018 to 2022, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs.
