Scott Haugen has been working in the business world since 1990. Scott began their career as a Regional Market Development Manager and Regional Marketing & Sales Training Manager for Subaru of America. In 2000, they were promoted to Regional Sales Manager for the Western Region, where they shattered all-time 90-day sales records and earned the 2002 Sales Manager of the Year award. In 2003, they moved on to Chrome Systems, Inc (now Chrome Data Solutions) as National Sales Director and Director of Strategic Accounts. In 2009, they served as President of Instrument Sales and Service, where they were recruited to manage the company's largest and most profitable business unit. Scott also supported the strategic acquisition of a key competitor at a very favorable multiple of earnings. That same year, they became a Principal and Senior Consultant for Riverstone Development, LLC. From 2014 to 2017, Scott served as CEO and Chief Operating Officer of Pacific Nutritional Inc. During this time, they put systems, processes, and capacity in place to support rapid organic growth. In 2017, they joined Riverstone Enterprise, Inc. as President and CEO, and also became a Board Director for Ratio Coffee Machines and Tiny Heirloom. Lastly, they became a Partner at Next Level - Building Enterprise Value.
Scott Haugen attended Liberty University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a focus in Business Administration and Speech.
