Meike Stelljes

Meike Stelljes has extensive experience in product management and strategic leadership, currently serving as Teamlead Strategic and Technical Product Management at RATIONAL AG since January 2011. Stelljes has managed products throughout their life-cycle, driven product roadmap processes, and overseen a team of technical product managers. Previous roles at RATIONAL AG include Senior Product Manager and Strategic Quality Manager, focusing on collaboration with Research and Development and Marketing teams. Earlier experience includes serving as an Application Engineer in both RATIONAL AG and BSH Home Appliances Group, where responsibilities involved testing products and representing customer needs in development. Stelljes holds a Diploma in Nutrition and Household Sciences from The University of Bonn.
