Jayesh Saluja

Jayesh Saluja has extensive experience in the field of human resources, spanning over three decades. Jayesh began their career in 1991 at Core Parenterals Ltd (Claris Life Sciences) as a Personnel Officer. Jayesh then went on to work at Cadila Laboratories Ltd. as a Sr. Personnel Officer from 1992 to 1995. In 1995, they joined Cadila Pharmaceuticals Ltd. as a Manager-HR. Jayesh further advanced their career at Zydus Cadila Healthcare Ltd, where they served as a Sr. Manager-HR and later took on the role of Chief of HR with Dialforhealth India Limited, a subsidiary of Zydus-Cadila Healthcare Ltd. In 2001, they joined BG Broadband Ltd (now YOU Telecom) as the Manager-HR & Admin, overseeing the HR and administrative functions of the organization. From 2002 to 2007, they worked as Chief Consultant at Setu Staffing Solutions, where they played a key role in the growth and success of the executive search and recruitment organization. Jayesh then moved to Intas Biopharmaceuticals, where they served as General Manager-HR from 2007 to 2010. Currently, Jayesh Saluja holds the position of Vice President - Group HR at Ratnamani Metal & Tubes Ltd since 2011.
