Philippe RATTO

Philippe Ratto is the General Director of RD Brest - Réseau Bibus at RATP Dev, where they oversee sustainable network developments, including the introduction of a second tram line. With over 25 years of experience in the mobility sector, Philippe has held various leadership positions, including Vice President for North Africa at RATP Dev. They have a rich background in managing multidisciplinary teams and large budgets, and have collaborated internationally to navigate complex projects. Philippe holds an Executive MBA from emlyon business school and has completed a Master’s in Urban Management and a Maîtrise in Urbanism from esteemed institutions.
