Cecilia Castelli has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Cecilia is currently the Head of Business Transformation at Ratti S.p.A., where they lead strategic special projects with a cross-functional scope, focusing on sustainability, digital transformation, and business planning for new models. Cecilia also served as the Transformation Projects Manager at Ratti S.p.A., where they oversaw the company's resilience team during the 2020 pandemic, with the objective of improving the company's resilience and seizing opportunities from unexpected changes.

Prior to their role at Ratti S.p.A., Cecilia worked as an Executive Coach ACC, providing coaching services to individuals. Cecilia was also a Partner and Board Member at Masque Milano, a position where they likely contributed to the company's strategic decision-making and overall direction.
