Tim Neckebroeck has a diverse work experience in the textile industry. Tim began their career at Albini Group in 2009, working as a Project Manager. Tim quickly progressed within the company, holding various roles such as Business Unit Manager, Brand Manager, and Area Manager. From 2018 to 2020, they served as Head of Marketing and Global Division Manager at Albini Group. In 2021, Tim joined Aquafil Group as Deputy President NTF. Currently, they hold multiple roles at Ratti S.p.A. Società Benefit since 2022, including Marketing Director, Director of Business Unit Carnet, and Director of Business Unit Innovation.
Tim Neckebroeck has a diverse education history. Tim completed their bachelor's and master's degrees in Law at KU Leuven from 1999 to 2006. In 2006, they pursued another master's degree in Law at Luiss Guido Carli University, which they completed in 2007. Following this, Tim enrolled in a master's program in Fashion, Design and Experience Management at SDA Bocconi in 2007, completing it in 2008.
In recent years, Tim has continued to expand their knowledge and skills through various certifications. Tim obtained a Digital Transformation Master certification from Talent Garden Innovation School in September 2020. In the same year, they also completed a Growth Hacking Marketing Master program at the same institution. Tim has actively engaged in design-related courses, including Design Doing and Design Thinking from Business Models Inc. in 2020. Moreover, they obtained certifications in Designing Strategy, Designing a Business, and Business Innovation from IDEO U in 2021. Tim has further enhanced their expertise in design thinking with certifications in Foundations in Design Thinking, Insights for Innovation, and Prototyping for Digital Experiences from IDEO U in 2020 and 2019. Most recently, they earned an Activating Strategy certification from IDEO U in December 2022.
