Juan Spencer

Juan Spencer currently serves as the Membership Co-Chair, Education Co-Chair, and Member of the Board of Directors at LatinoComp. Prior to this role, Juan worked at Ratto Law Firm, where Juan started as a personal injury Case Manager and eventually transitioned to the Chief Operations Officer and Workers' Compensation Hearing Representative. Before Ratto, Juan was a Case Manager at Kuvara Law Firm and an Office Assistant at Law Offices of Duda, Rahim & Ratto, P.C. Juan has a degree in Workers' Compensation Claims Professional and graduated from Laney College and Vallejo Sr. High School.
