Matthias Hennig

Matthias Hennig is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in recruitment and organizational development, particularly within the food industry and machinery sector. As the Managing Partner and Consultant/Trainer at RAU | CONSULTANTS since January 2002, Matthias specializes in national and international recruitment of specialists and executives, alongside personal and organizational development. Matthias has also contributed to academia as a lecturer at the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Hannover from 2010 to 2013, focusing on personnel management for students in food technology and related fields. Prior to these roles, Matthias worked as a Consultant at Lachner & Partner Consulting Services in Munich from 1999 to 2001, where the focus was on sourcing professionals across various industries. Matthias holds a Master’s degree in Personalentwicklung from RPTU Kaiserslautern-Landau and a Dipl.-Chem. in Chemistry from the University of Hamburg.
