Jason O'Neill

Jason O'Neill is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sustainability, energy solutions, and business development. Currently serving as a Sustainability and Safety Consultant at Raul V. Bravo + Associates, Inc., Jason previously held key roles including Director of EV Business Development at Sunworks, Inc. and Senior Sustainability Consultant at Ignyte Group. Jason's background includes managing energy efficiency and renewable energy projects while leading Innovation Energy at ESI Inc. as General Manager and Sustainability Coordinator. Prior experience encompasses sales project management at Johnson Controls, where focus was on sustainable international projects, and a notable military career as a Navy Meteorology and Oceanography Officer. Jason holds a Master of Professional Studies in Renewable Energy and Sustainable Systems from Penn State World Campus, as well as dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Geology/Earth Science and Environmental Science from Norwich University.
