Erica Gregory, MBA, is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in quality management, operations, and safety within the healthcare industry. Currently serving as the Quality Systems Manager at Rauland since March 2023, Erica previously held multiple leadership roles at Leica Biosystems, including Environment, Health and Safety Manager, Operations Manager, and Quality Assurance Manager. Prior experience at Baxter Healthcare from January 2011 to March 2018 involved supporting quality initiatives for over 700 Supply Chain employees and leading significant projects as a Project Coordinator. Erica holds a Master of Business Administration from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
