Dylan's career commenced with various roles in customer service and team leadership, leading to experiences as a Land Development Intern where skills in negotiation, permit acquisition, and project feasibility were developed. Dylan holds a degree in Business with a Finance Major and Real Estate Concentration from the University of Arkansas.
