Hayden Pounds

Hayden Pounds is a Staff Accountant III at Rausch Coleman Homes, having progressed through the roles of Staff Accountant I and II since joining the company in September 2020. Prior to this, Hayden gained experience as a General Laborer at LBH Arts LLC from 2016 to 2019, assisting with bookkeeping and general administration. Additionally, Hayden worked as a freelance writer for LMS Broadcasting and the Dallas Morning News' SportsDayHS section from August 2014 to November 2016, where responsibilities included maintaining live statistics for football games and writing post-game articles. Hayden holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Arkansas, completed between 2018 and 2020, and an Associate of Arts from Tarrant County College, earned from 2015 to 2018.
