Kristen Pennington

Kristen Pennington has over a decade of experience in project management and graphic design, currently serving as Senior Project Manager & Creative Lead at Rausch Coleman Homes since September 2015. Prior roles include Senior Project Manager, Project Manager, and Graphic Design Specialist within the same company. Previously, Kristen held the position of Graphic Design Director at Cross Church and worked as a Marketing and Social Media Specialist at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. Early in their career, Kristen gained experience as a Graphic Artist at SanLori Designs and as a News Designer for The Arkansas Traveler. Kristen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Graphic Design from the University of Arkansas, earned in 2011.
