Steve Sasso

Steve Sasso is an accomplished leader in the residential construction industry with extensive experience in various executive roles. Currently serving as President of Rausch Coleman Homes Northwest Arkansas since January 2018, Sasso previously held the position of President at Cottage Builders / Capstone Collegiate Communities, one of the largest student housing builders in the country, from April 2016 to January 2018. Sasso has also led operations as Division President at Mattamy Homes in Phoenix and President of Arizona for both Wilson Parker Homes and Royce Homes. Early in the career, Sasso held positions at Meritage Homes as VP Operations and Estes Homes as VP Construction, beginning as an Assistant Project Manager at Ryland Homes. Sasso holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Azusa Pacific University and a Residential Construction Certificate from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
