Joerg Manzer

Joerg Manzer is an experienced executive currently serving as CEO and Head of Key Accounts at RAPA Gruppe since July 2019, overseeing global offerings in healthcare and industry. Prior to this role, Joerg held a senior management position at Novem Car Interior Design GmbH from August 2015 to July 2019, leading a large team and managing project budgets and P&L. Joerg's career includes significant achievements as a Global Program Manager at Johnson Controls, successfully managing high-budget projects across multiple countries, and earlier roles at Novem and BMW Group, where expertise in material engineering and interior design was developed. Joerg is currently pursuing an Executive MBA in General Management at the University of St.Gallen, adding to a foundation of a Diplom-Ingenieur in Holztechnik from Rosenheim Technical University of Applied Sciences.
