Tapio Videnoja

Tapio Videnoja is an experienced plant management professional with a comprehensive background in manufacturing and production. Currently serving as Plant Manager at Ruukki since May 2018, Tapio oversees overall production at the Seinäjoki plant. Prior roles include Director of Processing at Tibnor Oy from 2013 to May 2018 and Plant Manager at Ruukki Metals from 2008 to 2013, where responsibilities encompassed processing and stock activities. Beginning a career at Ruukki Metals as Production Manager and progressing to Line Manager, Tapio has developed expertise in parts processing and component manufacturing. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Tampere University of Technology, a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechatronics from Seinäjoki University of Applied Science, and a vocational teaching qualification from Hämeenlinna University Applied Science.
