Roumiana Vassileva has a strong background in business development and consulting in the engineered wood products (EWP) industry. Roumiana has experience working for companies such as Raute Oyj, RH Solution, Engineered Timber International network, Metsä Wood, i-Level Europe, Weyerhaeuser, and Trus Joist. Throughout their career, they have held various roles including Business Development Director, Consultant in EWP Business Intelligence, Independent Consultant, European Sales Director, European Industrial Key Accounts Manager, Operations Manager, and European Customer Service Manager. Their responsibilities have included market analysis, strategy development, business planning, sales and marketing, customer service, and operations management. Their expertise has contributed to the growth and profitability of the companies they have worked for.

Roumiana Vassileva obtained a Masters Degree in Applied Econometrics from Université libre de Bruxelles in 1998-1999. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in International Economic Relations from University of Economics, Varna Bulgaria in 1994-1998.
