Elisa M. has extensive work experience in the hospitality industry, with a focus on training, development, and human resources. Elisa currently holds the position of Corporate Director of Training at Ravago since March 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Human Resources at Grand Bohemian Hotel Orlando from March 2016 to March 2021. Elisa also worked as a Training & Development Manager at Turnberry Isle Miami from May 2015 to February 2016. Before that, they were the Talent & Quality Assurance Manager at The James Royal Palm, part of the Denihan Hospitality Group, from November 2012 to May 2015. Additionally, Elisa has experience as a Food and Beverage Manager at Canyon Ranch from August 2011 to November 2012.

Elisa M. obtained an Associates' degree in Arts from Seminole State College of Florida from 2004 to 2006. Elisa later pursued a B.S. in Hospitality Management with a minor in Food Service Management from Florida International University, which they completed from 2006 to 2008.
