James Kascheres

James Kascheres has extensive experience in the plastics manufacturing, distribution, and trading industry. James currently serves as the Business Director at Ravago since 2022. Previously, they held various leadership roles at Ravago, including Managing Director & Vice President for Ravago Asia, where they guided strategy and transformed performance for multiple distribution and manufacturing business units across China and Southeast Asia. James also served as the General Manager for Entec Resins in Latin America, responsible for driving strategy and financial performance in 12 countries. Additionally, James worked at Solvay as the Managing Director for Mexico, Central America, and Caribbean, as well as the Latin America Commercial Director for Rhodia Engineering Plastics. James began their career at North American Business Manager and Global Account Manager at Farmington Hills. James also had a board membership at ANIQ from 2010 to 2012.

James Kascheres has a BS in Plastics Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Lowell. James also holds a Masters of Science in Plastics Engineering from the same university. Additionally, they have a Masters of Science in Management of Technology from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
