Karen Bervoets

Karen Bervoets serves as the People and Culture Manager for the Benelux region at Ravago since November 2022, following a notable tenure at Mondelēz International, where roles included HR People Lead, Junior HR Manager, and Continuous Improvement Coordinator. In the latter position, Karen supported the implementation of the Integrated Lean Six Sigma (IL6S) change program at the LU Herentals site. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work with a focus on Human Resources from Karel de Grote-Hogeschool and a Bachelor’s degree in Commercial Sciences from Lessius Hogeschool Antwerpen.
