Kirsty Williams

Kirsty Williams currently serves as the People and Culture Lead at Ravago since September 2025, following a role as Human Resources Business Partner and Advisor at Avicenna Buying Group from October 2022 to September 2025, where collaboration with regional managers across 139 pharmacies was key. Prior to that, a significant tenure at Nando's UK & IRE spanned from June 2006 to October 2022, encompassing roles as Restaurant General Manager and Regional HR Lead, with responsibilities in recruitment, financial management, and resource allocation. Early career experience includes positions such as Assistant Restaurant Manager and Banqueting Manager at Oxwich Bay Hotel from February 2004 to September 2005. Kirsty Williams is pursuing a CIPD Level 7 Apprenticeship in Senior People Professionals at The Manchester Metropolitan University from September 2024 to February 2026 and holds a BA (Hons) Degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from BCFTCS, completed in 2006.
