Prior to this role, Aaron was the Co-Founder & Director at Ripp Marketing, where their mission was to apply their executive marketing experience to support small to medium clients. Aaron has also held various roles at Flight Centre Travel Group, including VP of Marketing and Director of Marketing, where Aaron led strategic marketing initiatives and campaigns. Aaron's diverse experience in marketing and business development has been shaped by their educational background, which includes a Bachelor of Business in Marketing from QUT and additional certifications in data-driven marketing, digital marketing, and brand strategy & development.
