Amanda Oliveira

Amanda Oliveira has extensive experience in Human Resources, currently serving as the HR Manager at Ravel Tecnologia since September 2011, where responsibilities include the implementation of HR policies and overseeing various subareas such as Compensation and Benefits, Recruitment and Selection, Training and Development, and Workplace Safety. Prior to this role, Amanda worked as the HR Coordinator at Agência Incandescente from May 2015 to August 2021. Amanda holds an MBA in People Management and Leadership from Universidade Santo Amaro, and has also completed courses in Human Resources at Senac Brasil and a degree in Human Resources Management from Universidade Santo Amaro.
