Joh Akaishi

Joh Akaishi has worked in a variety of roles since 2006. In 2006, they were a Language and Teaching Assistant at the British Council - BRG/BHAK Traun in Austria. In 2007, they worked as a Sales Coordinator at OOCL Logistics. From 2010 to 2021, they worked at Hanwa Co Ltd, starting as a Trader in the Metals and Steel Departments, then becoming a Senior Trader and Team Leader in the Metals Department. In 2020, they were a Data Science Immersive Student at General Assembly. Since 2021, they have been a Data Scientist at Ravelin Technology and a Teaching Associate for General Assembly's Data Science & Analytics courses.

Joh Akaishi attended the University of Oxford from 2003 to 2006 and obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Physics. Joh is currently enrolled in General Assembly's Data Science Immersive program.
