Shantelle Sanderson

Shantelle Sanderson has a wealth of experience in the finance and accounting industry. Shantelle began their career in 2000 as an Assistant Management Accountant at Tyco Fire & Integrated Solutions (UK) Ltd. From 2001 to 2007, they held various roles at Network Rail, London Borough of Lambeth, and London Borough of Ealing. In 2008, they became the Regional Controller at RealNetworks and in 2011 they returned to the role of Regional Controller. In 2018, they joined Ravelin Technology as the Finance Director and Financial Controller. Throughout their career, Shantelle has managed the finances for rapidly growing businesses, overseen the transition of outsourced accounting services, and identified key variances and risks in order to ensure forecasts are accurate and budgets are met.

Shantelle Sanderson has a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Middlesex University. Shantelle is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Bradford, which they are expected to complete in 2024. Additionally, they are in the process of obtaining the CIMA Professional Qualification from CIMA.
