Will Adams

Will Adams is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in program management, mechanical engineering, and technical leadership. Currently serving as a Senior Program Manager at Raven Defense Corporation since April 2024, Adams previously held significant roles including Head of Engineering at Sceye and Prototype and Special Projects Mechanical Engineering Manager at Rivian. With a foundational background as Lead Engineer at Alion Science and Technology and a Field Applications Engineer at Aeroflex, Adams has demonstrated expertise in advanced electronic warfare assessment technologies and radio frequency systems. Will Adams also brings substantial project leadership experience from the Naval Surface Warfare Center and holds a Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Wright State University and a BS in Physics from Randolph-Macon College.
