Earlier in the career, Michael held the position of Water Solutions Manager at Holcim (June 2010 - June 2013) and Project Manager at a Small Contracting Business (July 2008 - May 2010). Michael began the professional journey as a Graduate Civil Engineer at Hyder Consulting (June 2007 - July 2008). Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Griffith Business School and a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Civil Engineering from Griffith University.
