Ali Bennett

Ali Bennett serves as the Development Director at Raven Housing Trust since March 2018, leading the strategy for Development and Sales with a focus on increasing the provision of affordable homes, managing an annual budget of approximately £50 million to deliver over 200 affordable homes annually. In addition, Ali Bennett holds significant leadership roles as Chair of Building Better and as a Board Member for Good Homes Alliance and Sutton Housing Society, ensuring compliance and strategic direction for these organizations. Prior experience includes roles at Saxon Weald, overseeing sales and financial planning, and previous project management roles in various sectors. Ali Bennett graduated with a BA (Hons) in History from Lancaster University and studied at the University of Copenhagen as part of the Erasmus program.
