Kathryn Davies has a diverse background in administrative and project coordination roles across various organizations. Currently serving as a Project Administrator at Raven Housing Trust since October 2022, Kathryn leads business administration efforts while maintaining financial controls and records. Previously, Kathryn held the position of Project Coordinator and Academic Library Advisor at the University of Roehampton, where responsibilities included customer service, library management systems implementation, and library environment maintenance. Experience at Kingston University involved administering academic programs and student support services, along with managing financial aspects of external exams. Raven Housing Trust is a social business based in Redhill, Surrey which owns or manages more than 7,000 homes. We are committed to investing in homes and neighbourhoods to develop local communities where people want to live. The majority of Raven's homes are Reigate and Banstead but we are increasingly working in surrounding areas. We now have homes in Mole Valley, Epsom and Ewell, Mid Sussex, Crawley, Woking, Sutton and Tandridge. The majority of our customers rent their homes from us however we also have customers who either own the lease to their homes or own their homes on a part-rent/part-buy basis with Raven. We provide several sheltered housing schemes and also manage several youth centres in the area.
