John brings more than 30 years’ experience as a legal and strategic business advisor who has served as general counsel, founder, financier and operator of companies in the energy, technology, finance and media sectors from launch through institutional financing and sale. He also has experience in public financings, including multinational IPOs and transnational mergers and acquisitions. John holds a JD from Georgetown University.
