Richard Noling

Richard has more than 30 years’ experience in software, hardware, and new technologies companies. He was an engineer at ARCO, where he was responsible for maintenance engineering for half of the refinery in Southern California. His education includes a M.S. in Administration with emphasis on Finance and Quantitative Analysis, and a B.A. in Aerospace and Mechanical Engineering Science.
