Omer Yair

Omer Yair is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software engineering and research. Currently serving as the Chief Research Officer and Co-Founder at Raven.io since August 2022, Omer has held prominent roles in cybersecurity, including Endpoint Team Lead at Symantec and Javelin Networks. Omer began a career in software development as a team lead in the Israel Defense Forces and worked as a QA Engineer at Microsoft. Educationally, Omer holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Photography from Bezalel Academy of Art and Design and a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and Computer Science from Bar-Ilan University. Omer's expertise includes financial malware research and the development of medical imaging software employing voice recognition technologies.
