María Gómez

María Gómez has worked in a variety of roles in the field of data engineering and data science. In 2018, they were Head of Data Engineering at RavenPack. Prior to that, they were a Senior Data Scientist and a Data Scientist at RavenPack. From 2017 to 2016, they were a Post-doctoral Researcher at the Center for IT-Security, Privacy and Accountability (CISPA) and Inria, respectively.

María Gómez holds a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Computer Science from the University of Lille 1 Sciences and Technology, which they obtained in 2016. María also holds a Master's Degree in Software Engineering, Formal Methods and Information Systems from the Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV), which they obtained in 2011. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Systems Engineering from UPV in 2009 and a Degree of Master of Science with a major in Computer Systems Engineering from Halmstad University in 2008. Finally, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Software Management Technical Engineering from UPV in 2007. Additionally, María Gómez has obtained a certification in Machine Learning in Python with scikit-learn from Inria in May 2022.
