Maria Montero Zalvide

Maria Montero Zalvide has a diverse work experience, having worked in a variety of roles in different organizations since 2012. In 2012, they completed an internship as a lawyer at a Despacho de Abogados. From 2014 to 2015, Maria worked at Wellness Telecom as a Talent IT Recruiter and an HR Professional in the Marketing, Communication and Human Resources Department. During this time, they also completed a Student HR Masters Degree at Universidad de Sevilla and volunteered at Asociación Alcores. From 2016 to 2018, Maria worked at Basebone as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and Recruitment Administrator. Currently, Maria is the Talent Team Manager at RavenPack, where they are responsible for managing a team of five and developing a 360° Talent Management strategy.

Maria Montero Zalvide completed a Licenciatura en Derecho from Universidad de Huelva in 2011. Maria then went on to obtain a Máster en Mediación Familiar y con Menores from Universidad de Huelva in 2012. In 2013, they received a First Certificate (Nivel B2 Marco Común Europeo) from University of Cambridge. In 2010, they obtained a Certificación A2 de Italiano (Marco Común Europeo) from Universidad de Trento (Italia). Finally, they completed a Máster en Gestión y Desarrollo de los Recursos Humanos from Universidad de Sevilla in 2015.
