Lakshmi P has been working in the recruitment industry since 2019. Lakshmi began their career at Wood Tap as a Technical Recruiter. In 2021, they joined Strategic Resources International Inc as a Talent Acquisition Lead and Senior Technical Recruiter.

Lakshmi P completed their Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) from Acharya Nagarjuna University in 2017, majoring in computers. Lakshmi then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Kakinada, which they completed in 2019.
