Jim Shaver

Jim Shaver has extensive work experience in the military and defense industry. Jim began their career with the US Army in 1987 as an Army Officer and served for more than 24 years. After retiring from the military in 2012, they worked at SRI International as a Scenario Chief and then as an Exercise Control Chief. In 2016, they joined Ravenswood Solutions as an Exercise Support Cell Chief and later became a Rotation Director. Jim is currently a Small Business Owner at Insight Test Prep, a company they founded in 2021.

Jim Shaver received their Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Secondary Education and Teaching from Georgia Southern University between 1985 and 1987. Jim then obtained a Master of Science degree in Counselling and Leader Development from LIU Post between 1995 and 1996.
