Ernie Coco's work experience begins in 1989 as a Student Engineer at Gulf States Utilities. Ernie then worked as a Nuclear Procurement Engineer at Entergy Operations, Inc. from 1993 to 1996. In 1997, they held the role of Woodlands Coordinator at Entergy Gulf States, Inc. and then became a Project Manager/Master Scheduler at Entergy Services, Inc. from 1997 to 2000. Starting in 2000, Ernie began their tenure at SAIC, where they held various positions such as IT Project Office Project Controller, IT Project Manager, Lead Scheduler/Project Controller Project NOVO PMO, and Project Controller/Project Consultant. From 2006 to 2015, they served as a Program Business Office Manager at SAIC, overseeing the transformation and upgrade of a data center. Ernie then joined RavenTek in 2023 as a Technical Program Manager, where they are involved in IT modernization and integration projects for federal government agencies.

Ernie Coco attended Louisiana State University from 1987 to 1992, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering. In addition to their degree, Ernie has obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 1999, they obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute. Most recently, in September 2021, Ernie obtained certifications in Elevating Coaching Skills from Duke University and Engaging Hybrid Teams Inclusively from ExecOnline, Inc.
