Ben Mercer

Ben Mercer is a seasoned electrical design professional with extensive experience in microgrid design and MEP projects. Currently serving as a Senior Electrical Design Manager at RavenVolt since May 2022, Ben has previously held positions as a Senior Electrical Designer at Lawrence Perry and Associates, Inc., and as Owner and Senior Electrical Designer at Power Cool Engineers, where responsibilities included managing design teams and preparing technical documents. Prior experience includes project management at KTA Group and electrical design work at MECA Engineering. Ben holds an Associate's Degree in Design with a Minor in Drafting from Virginia Highlands Community College and a diploma from Abingdon High School.
