JANAKIRAMIAH MEDAPATI has extensive experience in the educational sector, currently serving as Divisional Dean and Student Counsellor at Ravindra Bharathi Educational Society since June 2018. In this role, JANAKIRAMIAH implemented a professional development program to support instructional staff in enhancing their teaching skills. Prior to this position, JANAKIRAMIAH held roles as Assistant General Manager, overseeing operations, strategy, and employee development, and as Student Counsellor and Academic Dean at Narayana Educational Society, focusing on staff performance and student issues. Earlier experience includes serving as Head of Chemistry at Sri Chaitanya Techno School and as a teacher at Aditya Group of Educational Institutes. Academically, JANAKIRAMIAH holds a Master's in Psychology from Acharya Nagarjuna University, a Bachelor's in Education from Sri YVS and Sri BRM College, and a Bachelor's in Science from Ideal College of Arts & Sciences.
