Justin Greis

Justin Greis is a Partner and North America Cybersecurity Practice Leader at McKinsey & Company, focusing on cybersecurity transformation, cloud technology strategy, and digital transformation. In addition to their role at McKinsey, Greis serves as the Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee of the Board of Trustees for Ravinia Festival and is a Board Trustee, also participating in various committees focused on facilities, audit, risk, and diversity. Greis holds a position on the Dean's Council at the Indiana University Kelley School of Business, where Justin also teaches. With extensive experience in cybersecurity and consulting, Greis previously served as a Partner at EY leading global cybersecurity transformation and is the founder of multiple initiatives including Progressology, Learnified, ClassActive, and Faculty Foundry. Greis holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Information Systems from Indiana University and completed the Harvard Executive Leadership Program.
