Prior experience includes positions as Controller at Daintree Networks and Financial Controller at New Focus Inc., where responsibilities encompassed managing financial operations within companies in high-tech and manufacturing sectors. Additional experience includes SOX Compliance Manager at Flextronics and financial control roles at ZF Micro Solutions, dpiX LLC, and PerkinElmer Inc., contributing to a robust background in finance and operational analysis. Valente holds a Master’s Degree in Finance and a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Bentley University, with additional educational qualifications from San Jose State University.
