Rosario Ubiera-Minaya

Rosario Ubiera-Minaya is currently the Executive Director at Raw Art Works, where the mission is to ignite the desire to create and confidence to succeed in youth through art therapy. With a background in various executive and director roles in organizations like Cojuelos' Productions, CONSULTING SERVICES, Amplify Latinx, and more, Rosario has demonstrated expertise in community engagement, outreach, communications, and organization development. Ubiera-Minaya's experience also includes managing internship and fellowship programs at the Peabody Essex Museum and advancing university goals for diverse student engagement at Salem State University. Rosario holds a Master of Science in Leadership from Bank Street College and a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Salem State University.
