Matt Jozwiakowski has a diverse and extensive work experience. Most recently, they served as the Chief Marketing & Digital Officer at Raw Generation, where they were responsible for leading marketing and sales to scale the company's juice cleanse brand. Prior to that, they were the VP Marketing and Head of eCommerce at Vitakraft Sun Seed, Inc. In this role, they oversaw marketing operations and online sales for the company. Before that, they co-founded Cineluci Media and worked as an independent documentary filmmaker and marketing consultant, providing strategy and insights to numerous food companies.

Earlier in their career, Matt worked at McCormick & Company as the Senior Marketing Director for Condiments and Sauces, leading the marketing strategy for multiple brands. Matt also worked at RB as the Category Marketing Director for Frank's RedHot, the largest brand in the company, and as a Senior Brand Manager. Matt began their career at CMS (Inmar) as an Associate Marketing Manager and as a Marketing Intern at Krispy Kreme Doughnuts. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated leadership skills, collaborated with cross-functional teams, and successfully implemented innovative strategies to drive growth and efficiency.

Matt Jozwiakowski completed their education at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and a Bachelor's degree in Media Studies. Matt then pursued further studies at the Wake Forest University School of Business, where they earned an MBA with a specialization in Marketing.
