Allison Carey is an experienced marketing professional with a career spanning over two decades. Allison began their career in 2000 as an Account Executive at Smashbox Cosmetics where they managed a team of 23 artists and staff, and grew their region by 47%. In 2012, they moved to Hourglass Cosmetics as Director of Sales and Trade Marketing where they worked with internal teams and buying teams to meet and exceed sales goals. In 2014, they joined OLEHENRIKSEN as Director of Global Marketing, managing product launches and marketing activations with global retail partners. In 2016, they became Senior Director of Global Marketing and President at Robin McGraw Revelation, collaborating with internal teams and outside vendors to develop and successfully launch a prestige skincare line with 14 new products. In 2017, they founded Carey On... A Marketing Group, dedicated to helping emerging brands grow to their largest success potential. In 2018, they joined KORA Organics as Head of Global Marketing, leading the global marketing team and maintaining and managing budgets for all marketing programs. Most recently, in 2021, they became Vice President of Marketing at Raw Sugar Living.
Allison Carey attended Oak Park High School from 1991 to 1995. Allison then went on to The University of Kansas, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Mass Communication/Media Studies from 1995 to 1999.
