Kent Schlaefer

Kent Schlaefer has over 30 years of experience in the supply chain industry. Kent began their career in 1988 with Quaker Oats, where they held various roles in Logistics, Planning, Procurement, and Manufacturing. In 2001, Quaker Oats was acquired by PepsiCo, where Kent held the roles of Director, Business Integration Lead, Senior Manager, Integrated Supply Chain Planning, and Senior Manager, Commercialization. In 2010, they moved to Naked Emerging Brands - a division of PepsiCo - as Director, Supply Chain Integration. In 2014, Kent started Schlaefer Supply Chain Consulting as Principal Consultant. In 2018, they joined Murad as Vice President of Operations. Most recently, Kent joined Raw Sugar Living in 2022 as Vice President of Supply Chain. Additionally, Kent has served as Leadership Advisor - Programming and Operations for Angel City Sports since 2015.

Kent Schlaefer obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Michigan State University.
