Aaron Hope has a decade of experience in the design industry. Aaron began their career in 2011 as a Designer for University of Cincinnati Campus Services, where they directed the visual style and concept for MainStreet Stride 2015 and collaborated and formulated visual assets for 12 UC on campus departments. Aaron then joined Gilmore Group in 2014 as a Designer, where they developed display designs that were produced for clients. In the same year, they also worked as a Designer for Union Design, designing and coding websites, evaluating and creating logos, and updating Ipad applications. From 2013 to 2014, they were a Designer for Findlay Market, ideating and executing all graphic and print assets for Findlay Market's summer events and traveling to local breweries to conduct interviews for the Craft Beer Summer Series. In 2015, they worked as a Designer for Illustria, making design accessible, catering to several companies' branding and graphic standards, and using MailChimp and Hubspot to promote brands through email templates. From 2016 to 2017, they were a Designer/Developer for Williams Lea Tag, collaborating with a Creative Director and team of creatives, giving advice regarding digital design techniques, and coding digital advertising, emails, forms, and videos for world famous brands. In 2019, they worked as a Digital Designer for Procter & Gamble, designing insights that shaped digital acquisition and UX strategies, helping build branding guidelines and identities, and increasing click-through and conversion rates while reducing cost per acquisition. Aaron also worked as a Freelance Designer for Aaron Hope Design, analyzing design practices for better user experiences, creating wireframes and page designs for multiple clients, and consulting clients on brand identity and style guidelines. Currently, they are a Graphic Designer for Blubrry Podcasting by RawVoice.

Aaron Hope completed their education at the University of Cincinnati, graduating in 2015 with a degree in Graphic Design with a focus in Interaction Design.
